Continuous Extendable Supermarket Shelving:
One main rack paired with N auxiliary racks.
The main rack has one extra column compared to the auxiliary rack and can be used independently, while the auxiliary rack must rely on the main rack for support.
By default, the single-sided shelving comes with five layers of shelves. If additional accessories like hooks are needed, please contact customer service for a separate purchase.

One double-sided main shelf + N double-sided auxiliary shelves + two end caps.
By default, the double-sided/end cap shelves come with four layers of shelves. If you need other accessories, please contact customer service for a separate purchase.

Wall-Adjacent Counter Shelving (One main rack + two auxiliary racks)

What is the difference between a Main Rack and an Auxiliary Rack?
A Main Rack is a complete independent starter unit that comes with two upright columns and can stand on its own. An Auxiliary Rack (or add-on unit) has only one upright column and must connect to the Main Rack or another existing unit to stand. Using one Main Rack with multiple Auxiliary Racks helps reduce costs and setup space.
What is the load-bearing capacity of the RD-12 supermarket shelves?
The load capacity depends on the selected model configuration. The standard RD-12 model supports up to 90KG per layer, the RD-12B supports up to 100KG per layer, and the heavy-duty RD-12A model supports up to 120KG per layer.
Can the shelf colors and rubber trims be customized?
Yes, our default shelf colors are Gray White and Sand Blue, but we support color customization. Additionally, the rubber strip accent colors can also be fully customized to match your store branding.
What are the dimensions of the shelves, and are they customizable?
Our standard shelves are available in lengths of 920mm and 1220mm, widths of 590mm (Single-sided) and 1090mm (Double-sided), and heights of 1600mm, 1900mm, and 2200mm. The number of layers is customizable (normally 1 to 5 layers).
How do the removable shelves help save on shipping costs?
Our shelves are designed to be fully flat-packed and removable. This minimizes the total packaging volume without affecting the product's ultimate load capacity, thereby reducing container space requirements and saving significant transport fees.
